The Cities
In our quest for genuine culinary talents, we make the ideal supplement to your usual travel guides.
To explore the spectrum of local know-how, and the story behind it, we simply set ourselves adrift and enjoy the chance encounters with truly creative artisans who indulge us with their big-hearted generosity.

Lyon
A UNESCO World Heritage site but also world capital of gastronomy, the metropolis of Lyon, with its more than 4000 restaurants, will inaugurate in 2019 the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie within the Grand Hotel-Dieu. But this cradle of the French way of life has also quickly grown in only a few years into a cultural and artistic hub, with its various biennials and music festivals.
All the more reason to unveil all the “insider addresses" that have left a lasting impression on us over the years ...
Copenhagen

Amsterdam
Far from being a sleepy centuries-old backwater, Amsterdam has a knack for reinventing itself on a daily basis. Its concept stores, museums and canals make it a unique destination. The same goes for its cuisine that surprises us with sometimes ephemeral, frequently atypical settings.
